Creme Pat

  • 12 yolks
  • 200 sugar
  • 1 litre milk
  • 150 flour
  • 2 vanilla pods
  1. Heat milk / pods
  2. Mix eggs and sugar to sabayon in kitchen aid
  3. Add flour
  4. Mix again
  5. Add warm milk (a little)
  6. Then add back to pan and cook til thick
