Creme Patisserie

  • 300ml milk / 200ml cream
  • 1 vanilla pod / 4 yolks
  • 75g sugar / 40g cornflour
  1. Make basic custard (add cornflour to eggs once fluffy and beaten with sugar)
  2. Add boiling milk, return to pan
  3. Cook on low heat until thick
  4. Stir constantly
