  • 1 litre milk
  • 2 ltr double cream
  • 6 vanilla pods
  • 1 kilo yolk
  • 400g sugar
  1. Heat milk and cream and pods til boiling
  2. Whisk yolks and sugar
  3. Add a little milk to egg sugar mix and whisk until all eggs 4. mixed. Put back on heat. Stir bottom til thick. Chill over ice
