Elderflower / champagne Jelly

  • 1 bottle champagne (750ml)
  • 200ml cordial
  • 3.5 leaves
  1. Soak gelatine in water
  2. Heat a little champagne
  3. Whisk in gelatine GENTLY
  4. Add elderflower to champagne and stir in hot gelatine liquid
