  • 100g plain flour
  • 100g almonds
  • 300g caster sugar
  • 150g butter (melted)
  • 8 egg whites
  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Whisk whites to stiff peaks
  3. Fold together
  4. Add melted butter
  5. Store in fridge for half an hour before cooking in a tray
