Genoise

  • 200g flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 180g sugar
  • 60g butter
  1. Melt butter
  2. Sift flour
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar to a sabayon until thick
  4. Fold in flour
  5. Fold in cold melted butter
