Old School Classic Tiramisu
For the soaked biscuits:
3 single espressos 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp masala 175g savogard biscuits
Mix liquid 2g and soak biscuits
Make sabayon (zabaglione) over a ban marie:
3 egg yolks 1 egg 50ml white wine 50ml masala 100g sugar
fold in 250g mascarpone/1 tsp coffee powder
