Parmesan shortbread

  • 60g plain flour
  • 45g cold butter diced
  • 60g parmesan
  • Salt and cayenne pepper
  1. Place all in robo. Blend until smooth dough. Rest.
  2. Roll out, cut rounds. Chill again.
  3. Bake at 160c for 11m
