Pumpkin tart

  • 500g pumpkin puree
  • 8 yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g cream
  • 150g sugar
  1. Whisk sugar, yolks and eggs together and add warmed cream. Add pumpkin puree.
  2. Bake at 110c for about an hour. Should wobble
