This is genoise sponge for a trifle
- 200g butter, melted and cooled
- 400g p. flour
- 300g sugar
- 10 eggs
- 5g baking powder
- Mix sugar and eggs in Kitchen Aid into a thick, pale sabayon.
- Very lightly fold in sifted flour and b.p, then gently fold in melted butter.
- Pour into lined baking tray and cook for 10min on 180C
