White chocolate and lavender pannacotta

  • 200g sugar
  • 2 litres milk
  • 8 leaves gelatine
  • lavender
  • 200g white chocolate
  1. Bring milk, sugar and lavender essence to the boil
  2. Sit for a bit to infuse
  3. Add soaked gelatine
  4. Pass some over white chocolate over ice
  5. Plus some into another bowl of ice
  6. When it gets thick add together and set a bit more
  7. Pour into moulds.
