White chocolate and lavender pannacotta
- 200g sugar
- 2 litres milk
- 8 leaves gelatine
- 200g white chocolate
- Bring milk, sugar and lavender essence to the boil
- Sit for a bit to infuse
- Add soaked gelatine
- Pass some over white chocolate over ice
- Plus some into another bowl of ice
- When it gets thick add together and set a bit more
- Pour into moulds.
